Our Vision
Homebuilding in the US has been done the same way for many decades. Metricon Homes's goal is to deliver HomeBuilding 2.0 ® - building residential real estate faster and more cost effectively by leveraging the next generation of design, steel based fabrication and global supply chains.
The US housing market is forecast to be short by over 3-4 million homes by 2030 & current construction practices just can’t keep up. There is a strong demand for affordable homes as many cannot afford the down payments or the high interest rate driven mortgage payments. We believe that our HomeBuilding 2.0 ® platform will contribute towards solving this housing problem.
Our Team

Don Ganguly
Chief Executive Officer
Don is a serial entrepreneur and has founded a number of successful companies in the real estate and technology space. He founded Equinox, a leading Residential Mortgage Process Outsourcer that serviced over $75B of loans and was acquired by Iflex/Oracle.He also founded Homeunion, an online real estate investment platform that did over $1.2B of retail and institutional investment transactions. The company was acquired by Mynd where Don most recently headed Institutional Growth and helped grow the Management platform to over $2B in Single Family Rentals. Don is a Housing Wire Vanguard Award winner. He is a movie buff and enjoys reading, traveling and writing plays and scripts.

Tobin Brinker
Chief Operations Officer
Tobin is responsible for all operations at Metricon Homes. Tobin brings a unique blend of hands-on real estate development and underwriting experience. He has led the underwriting and acquisition of over 5000 single family homes and designed a proprietary neighborhood investment rating (NIR) to calibrate risk/reward on real estate investments.Tobin has also led the design of a scalable platform to deploy capital and directed the full investment cycle from sourcing, underwriting to acquisitions and closing.Tobin enjoys traveling around the world and playing beach volleyball at Huntington Beach where he lives.

Romesh Kachroo
Director of Design and Delivery Operations
Romesh is responsible for designing and implementing the best practices of manufacturing and assembly on Metricon Homes’s Homebuilding 2.0 <sup>®</sup> platform. Romesh has designed seven commercial vehicle manufacturing plants delivering 215,000 vehicles per year, four Solar Generation Plants delivering 45M units of green energy and a large-scale charging and maintenance infrastructure for electric buses.Romesh has also designed and implemented a 1200 acre mixed use community with 1300 single family homes,hospital, parks and other amenities.Romesh enjoys traveling and the movies when he is not architecturally immersed.

Ray Benedicktus.
VP, Home Solutions
Ray is responsible for creating public and private partnerships and working with property owners to discover homebuilding and ADU solutions that fit their aspirational lifestyles.Before joining Metricon Homes, he enjoyed a successful career as a marketing SaaS leader and business consultant, focusing most of his talent on helping B2C and B2B companies advance their brand and customer experience with research and communications technologies.Ray is an Eagle Scout, AMA Sheth Doctoral Fellow, and Major Donor of The Rotary Foundation. He enjoys woodworking, traveling, and fine art.

Jyotiba Basarge
Head of Supply Chain and Logistics
Jyotiba is responsible for the sourcing and delivery of all components and materials for Metricon Homes’s Homebuilding 2.0 <sup>®</sup> platform. Jyotiba is an Electrical Engineer with more than 28 years of extensive experience in Sourcing/ Purchase, New Product Development in Auto Electrical / Electronics, HVAC, Engine & Proprietary parts companies. He has also implemented Supplier Development & Supplier Quality Assurance programs in large multinational companies such as Tata Motors, Foton Motors.and Cooper Corporation.

Nathan Esch
Investor & Strategic Advisor
Nathan currently serves as an investor and strategic partner for Metricon Homes. Additionally, Nathan serves as the CEO of Concrete Value Corp., a concrete construction company operating in the California and Northern Nevada Markets bringing to market nearly 10,000 residential foundations annually.Prior to his current duties, Nathan was a Vice President at Acclaro Valuation Advisors, a middle market valuation firm where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and estate planning.

Richard Ross
CEO of Quinn Residences
Richard helps Griham with strategic direction and cost effective building practices. Richard is the CEO of Quinn Residences, one of the largest Single Family Build to Rent Operators with over 5000 units developed.Previously he was the CEO of Trade Street Residential, a large developer of multifamily residential communities in the SouthEast US.

Mike Towle
Fabrication and Construction Partner
Mike is a general superintendent for Hilo builders with over 35 years experience in the construction industry working for a few of Sacramento's leading construction companies. For the majority of his career Mike has been in upper management, overseeing the field operations of multiple construction sites from start to finish.. He has also had the pleasure of taking the lead on such projects as Habitat for Humanity and The Extreme Make Over. Mike prides himself on his high standards and never quit attitude, always striving for perfection with a positive mindset. During his off time, Mike likes to fly fish and play golf but most of all enjoys spending time with his family.

Josh Hartmann
CEO of Nexmetro
Josh Hartmann serves as CEO of NexMetro, the country’s leading developer of single-family rentals. He brings more than 25 years of real estate management and development to this role and is using that background to create innovative home solutions in the country’s hottest housing markets. He is responsible for the development and implementation of both short and long-term business strategies to ensure the company’s continued growth, effectiveness, and sustainability. NexMetro’s unique product of detached, professionally managed, single-story leased home neighborhoods create places people are passionate about and want to call home.
